Who We Are
We are a hands‑on property management company dedicated to providing well‑maintained, reliable housing for our residents. Our portfolio includes four apartment buildings located in Central New York neighborhoods, each chosen for their convenience to shopping, major highways, and everyday essentials.
We take pride in caring for our properties and creating living environments where tenants feel respected and supported. Our commitment is simple: responsive management, clean and functional homes, and a professional approach you can count on.
Our History
JJN Properties was formed in 2012 by Jonathon R. Geller. Mr. Geller’s extensive background in property management started in New Jersey at a very early age.
Working primarily on family owned apartment and office buildings during summer months in high school and college. Upon graduation of Monmouth University in 1995 Mr. Geller worked for Weichert New Homes and land learning nuances of residential development.
In January of 1998 Mr. Geller along with business associates purchased Riverview Garden Apartments in Troy, New York. In January of 2000 Mr. Geller purchased 110 apartments in Liverpool, New York, his first purchase of income property in the Central New York area. Since then two additional acquisitions of 81 Polk Street in Syracuse, New York, and 52 apartments in Pulaski, New York have been completed. Heading into the new year 2022, JJN Properties has also purchased 125 Business Park Drive, a commercial medical building in Utica New York.
